HypernovaCBD Technology – How are CBD products produced?
Technology is at the forefront of everything we do at HypernovaCBD. The team has extensive experience working in industries requiring a high level of commitment to technical development. In the creation of HypernovaCBD we wanted to introduce products that were not only appealing because of the common benefits of CBD, but because they were backed by science, process and, you guessed it, technology. We are so passionate about how we create the products you enjoy that we put together an infographic depicting the process. We included it at the end of this blog post.
Our production process consists of 7 steps, each carefully carried out by team members who love what they do and are experts in the field working in our production lab day after day. Our products are derived from biomass processed in a certified clean room production space, and in permitted food-grade facilities as per the controlling state (OH) department of public health.
HyperNovaCBD uses the most advanced processes, especially for the extraction and isolation of cannabinoids including THC, while leaving the remainder of all compounds intact (cannabinoids, terpenes, and flavonoids). Again, we bring the nerdy into the CBD industry to provide our customers with the best of what CBD has to offer. We have the ability to process hemp both into Full Spectrum Oils and to take THC out of the oils, so it’s 100% THC free (to undetectable levels). It still retains all the other components of the hemp plant giving the entourage effect, THC free.
We also care to comply with every requirement set out there. The extraction and quality management systems are all GMP compliant. All our products are 100% Farm Bill Compliant (<0.3% THC). The THC-Free products go one step further to get rid of THC completely for those who absolutely do not want any THC in their products. Our oils are extracted from certified industrial hemp farms to the highest quality standards using organic procedures, or have organic certification. All oils and isolates produced by HyperNovaCBD are traceable to original USA-grown genetic hemp strains and tested by third parties who are ISO accredited and certified by the DEA.
For those interested, we wanted to bring the specifics of our products closer to you. Our unique cannabinoid-profile is reflected in our Broad-Spectrum CBD oil which is THC free (0.0%). Our bulk Broad Spectrum CBD oil contains naturally occurring cannabinoids and terpenes found in our hemp genetics. Our bulk Broad Spectrum CBD oil is 70-90% CBD in addition to terpenes and other beneficial molecules.
We don’t stop at the internal production process itself. A rigorous internal quality control and testing scheme carried out by a third party is followed to ensure that critical attributes, taste, color, potency, and purity, consistently meet customer’s requirements for bulk CBD ingredients to be used in finished products.
